Full Service Design & Engineering

OPUS Precision provides full in-house engineering services, allowing us to jump in at any stage of the design process—from solving a problem or working from a napkin sketch to handling a detailed model ready for machining. You do not need a complete drawing or 3D model to begin manufacturing your part.

In addition to clean-sheet design, we offer advanced reverse engineering capabilities, including 3D scanning and precision measurement equipment. This allows us to make accurate parts that fit and function better than the original. We also offer rapid prototyping to quickly test parts and make revisions, which drastically cuts down on development time and costs.

From initial ideas to full production, OPUS Precision is your single stop to make your vision a reality.
